During a period of significant investment by Kawasaki in new product development and lifestyle-focused segments — including motorsport — I was responsible for planning and delivering a targeted marketing strategy to successfully launch new model lines into the local market, directly competing with brands like Honda and Suzuki. Key achievements included the successful launches of the ZX10R, Versys 1000, and Z800, which helped expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. This success enabled further investment in:

  • A new rider training school for licence acquisition

  • Launch of a motocross/endurance department, including accessories and workshop services

  • Promotion of MSS-branded motorsport teams across British Superbike, Supersport, and MX GP1/2
